It has a glossy surface which is produced by hot ironing the leather on the last stage of the manufacturing process. The gloss level may vary greatly from adjustment to adjustment. Through the pull-up effect a dichroism is created when folding &#8211; brighter and darker areas appear. We achieve this effect by treating the leather with oils and greases. The different zones of the leather hide can absorb and store the fatliquor more or less intensly. Depending on the amount of fatliquor in the farbic as well as the colour of the leather, the dichroism differs in degree.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">These typical features create an exciting contrast to the noble glossy surface. With its strength of 1.3-1.5 mm, Glamour leather is particularly suitable for shoes, bags and leather goods as well as reference material for chairs, benches or the like. The final impregnation with a carnauba wax mixture gives the leather a slight protection.
