class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">ZUKUNFTSF\u00c4HIGER FIRMENSITZ<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Nicht nur im eigentlichen Produktionsprozess der Ecopell-Leder achten wir auf eine gute Vertr\u00e4glichkeit f\u00fcr Menschen und Umwelt. Auch unser Geb\u00e4ude und die Au\u00dfenanlagen haben wir bei ihrer Errichtung im Jahr 2000 so gestaltet, dass sie m\u00f6glichst wenige negative und m\u00f6glich viele positive Effekte hervorbringen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">AUSSENGEL\u00c4ND<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Von den rund 7000 qm, die das Firmengel\u00e4nde umfasst, sind 1000 qm mit der Lagerhalle und 270 qm mit B\u00fcror\u00e4umen \u00fcberbaut. Hinzu kommen etwa\u00a0 900 qm gepflasterte Hoffl\u00e4che. Die \u00fcbrige Fl\u00e4che ist bewachsen und wird naturnah gepflegt. Dort finden sich z.B. ein ca. 200 qm gro\u00dfer Kr\u00e4utergarten und ein ca. 3000 qm gro\u00dfes Areal mit Obstb\u00e4umen sowie eine Magerwiese. Das kleine Fl\u00fcsschen Untere Argen begrenzt das Areal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Bei Pflegema\u00dfnahmen achten wir darauf, dass Insekten auf unseren Fl\u00e4chen Nahrungsquellen finden. Deshalb werden die Wiesen im Sommer erst nach der Bl\u00fcte der meisten Blumen gem\u00e4ht und bei einem nachfolgenden Schnitt gemulcht. Die \u00fcbrigen Fl\u00e4chen erhalten durch Kompost aus der eigenen Kompostanlage ihren N\u00e4hrstoffnachschub. So ist sichergestellt, dass auch im n\u00e4chsten Jahr eine Vielzahl von Nektarspendern auf dem Firmenareal wachsen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">GEB\u00c4UDE<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Im Ecopell-Geb\u00e4ude ist viel Holz als nachwachsender Baustoffe verarbeitet: die Konstruktion ist eine Holzst\u00e4nderbauweise, die Fu\u00dfb\u00f6den bestehen aus unbehandeltem L\u00e4rchenholz. Alle Wandfl\u00e4chen sind mit LIVOS-Naturfarben gestrichen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Auch die M\u00f6bel sind \u00fcberwiegend aus Vollholz gebaut und stammen vom \u00f6kologischen M\u00f6belproduzenten WASA. Bei den B\u00fcrom\u00f6bel, einschlie\u00dflich B\u00fcrost\u00fchlen, haben wir auf Reparier- und Recyclebarkeit geachtet. Die so entstandene gesunde und angenehme Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re f\u00f6rdert das Wohlbefinden und die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit aller Mitarbeiter\/innen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">STROM<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Seit Sommer 2019 verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber eine Stromspeicheranlage mit 65 KW so dass wir \u00fcber 60% des Jahresverbrauchs durch unseren eigenen PV-Strom erzeugen. Angepasst ist eine PV-Anlage mit 27 KW\/P.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Bei Tagen mit mehrst\u00fcndiger Sonnenscheindauer sind wir von Fr\u00fchjahr bis Herbst autark.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">HEIZUNGSANLAGE<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Bei der technischen Infrastruktur steht vor allem der Klimaschutz im Fokus. Seit 2012 verf\u00fcgt das Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcber eine Photovoltaik-Anlage (12,7 KW\/P). Sie deckt derzeit 20-30 % unseres Strombedarfs. W\u00e4rmeenergie f\u00fcr die Beheizung der B\u00fcro- und Lagerr\u00e4ume erzeugen wir mit einer modernen und hocheffizienten Holzpelletheizung (Heizleistung 60 kW), die wir im Juli 2016 von der Firma Kimmerle GmbH aus Isny installieren lie\u00dfen. Das Heizsystem sch\u00f6pft das technisch Machbare in Sachen Klima- und Immissionsschutz weitgehend aus: Die Heizanlage selbst weist einen Wirkungsgrad von rund 95 % auf. Per W\u00e4rmetauscher kann weitere W\u00e4rme aus dem Abgas gewonnen werden. Zur Minimierung der Emissionen wird die Verbrennung steuerungstechnisch optimiert. Zus\u00e4tzlich werden Staubpartikel durch Kondensation aus den Abgasen entfernt. Die Feinstaubemissionen liegen mit 16 mg\/m\u00b3 deutlich unter den gesetzlich geforderten Werten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Durch den Niedrigenergiestandard der Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle, energieeffiziente Technik und Beleuchtung (ausschlie\u00dflich LED-Leuchten) liegt der Prim\u00e4renergiebedarf des gesamten Geb\u00e4udes bei nur 53 kWh\/m2a. Die Kosten f\u00fcr die Verwirklichung diese niedrigen Wertes betrachten wir als Investition in die Zukunft.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Unter-berschrift\">INNENLEBEN<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Text\">Doch nicht allein bei Infrastruktur und Ausstattung achten wir auf Nachhaltigkeit. Auch bei der Reinigung kommen nur umweltvertr\u00e4gliche Mittel zum Einsatz. Und bei der Bewirtung unserer Kund\/innen und G\u00e4ste gie\u00dfen wir seit 20 Jahren selbstverst\u00e4ndlich fair-gehandelten Biokaffee in die Tassen. Denn wir sind nicht nur bei unserem Leder \u00fcberzeugt, dass nur nachhaltiger Genuss auch nachhaltig zufrieden macht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
